Date of Birth: Mention Date of Birth as per Aadhaar Number of Applicant.
PAN: Details of PAN of Proprietor or Other than Proprietor as applicable shall be filled in i.e. in case of Company or Partnership Firm, PAN of Company or Partnership Firm shall be submitted.
Business Name: Mention Firm name, as appearing in registration proof, which shall be used to sell products and services on the G.E.M portal.
Office Address: Applicants shall provide valid address details according to any other business registration proof.
UDYAM Number: For Registration at GeM Portal MSME/ UDYAM registration is required. Please mention your UDYAM Number, if already registered. You can register for UDYAM by Clicking Here
Type of Business: Select the Primary Activity of the Business in which firm is dealing.
Constitution of Business: Please select the applicable class of business constitution for your business.
Date of Incorporation of Business:
- For Proprietors > Please mention Business start date.
- Other than Proprietors > Please provide the date of commencement of business if different from date of incorporation as per PAN. Else fill the date of Birth/ Incorporation as per PAN.
Bank Name: Please mention the Complete Bank Name.
Bank Account Number: :Please mention the Complete Bank Account Number.
Bank IFSC: :Please mention the correct BANK IFSC applicable for the Account servicing Branch of Bank.
Office Address:Applicants shall provide valid details according to bank passbook or statement so that IFSC matching can be validated.
