Cancellation and Refund Policy

We appreciate your trust in Feds Maven Consultings for hiring specialists for GeM Registration or purchasing services through www.gem-portal.in. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding refunds and cancellations.

Eligibility for Refund

  1. Service Deficiency – A refund will be considered only if there is a clear, visible deficiency in the service provided by the specialist.
  2. Non-Provision of Services – If, due to unforeseen reasons, specialists are unable to provide services other than consultancy (such as drafting and application assistance), you will be entitled to a full refund.
  3. Timely Communication Failure – If Feds Maven Consultings is unable to engage or establish communication with a specialist within 15 days of payment, a full refund will be processed.
  4. Clerical Errors – In cases of minor clerical errors (e.g., spelling inaccuracies, address mismatches), corrective action will be taken at no additional cost. However, no refunds will be issued in such scenarios.

Non-Refundable Cases

  1. Change of Mind – Refunds will not be provided if a customer requests cancellation due to an inadvertent application, a change of mind, or any non-valid reasons without a fault or deficiency in service.
  2. Completed Services – Once an application form is completed, submitted on the government portal, or a successful registration is achieved, a refund will not be entertained.
  3. Delayed or Incomplete Registrations – Refunds are not applicable if a registration is delayed or remains incomplete due to:
    • Customer’s failure to provide required documents or credentials.
    • Technical issues or malfunctions on official government websites.
  4. Refund Requests Beyond 30 Days – If a refund request is made more than 30 days after purchase and the service has been completed (as communicated via email or other channels), the request will be deemed invalid.
  5. Application Draft Shared – If a specialist has shared an application draft before the 15-day period, a refund will not be granted.
  6. Force Majeure – No refunds will be issued in case of service disruptions due to natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Partial Refunds

  • In special cases, a partial refund of upto 25% of the paid amount may be considered. However, the decision will be solely at the discretion of Feds Maven Consultings.

Refund Processing

  • If a refund request is approved, it will be processed within 15 business days and credited to the customer’s bank account.
  • Customers will be notified via email regarding refund status and timelines.
